Coralie de Boüard spent her childhood in Saint-Émilion, at Château Angélus. Very early on, she accompanied her father in the cellars and worked with him for ten years in this legendary field. In 2012, she took the direction of the Château La Fleur de Boüard, acquired by the Boüard family in 1998.

Coralie is a committed, passionate, enthusiastic and creative winemaker, but also a proud mother to transmit in turn her passion and her family values.

Located in Parsac, in the middle of the Grands Crus and the large castles of St-Emilion, the estate benefits from a privileged biodiversity and an eco-system with a strong presence of old vines. The wines are of high quality, with silky and velvety tannins, full of elegance and freshness.

Prince Oscar

Producing a disalcracked wine, such is the challenge taken up by Coralie de Bouärd, owner of the Château Clos de Bouärd classified as a Saint-Émilion mountains. Thus was born the Prince Oscar brand, a contraction of the name of his son and the first customer to have placed for this alcohol -free nectar: ​​the Parc des Princes.
